How long is the Gift Card Valid for? Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- How are they redeemed? You will receive an email with the unique one-time-use code and login link to forward on to the person you are purchasing the gift card (course or membership option) for. As they are digital products, the email contains the links for them to gain immediate access. NB: Please check your junk/spam folders for the email from us with the code and login details. Sometimes (unfortunately) our emails end up in there.
- Why do I get a Log-In Screen when I purchase this gift? We are using a platform called Kajabi to create our online course and membership as well as our gift cards. Because you are purchasing the gift for someone else, Kajabi recognises you as the customer, which is why they are asking you to create an account. It's what all who use the platform are asked to do.
